This specialist service is a unique offer from Sync to ensure peace of mind on personal purchases of iPhone, iPad and Mac devices from us (excluding re/sync products). Your new equipment will hopefully be trouble-free. However, should it fail during the guarantee period, some of the key features of Sync3 are:
3 year guarantee (extending the manufacturers warranty x 3)
Cover against mechanical, electrical failure or breakdown
Cost of parts and labour included*
15-minutes phone/remote support to get you up and running
Priority diagnostic and repair service (no appointment needed)
If you can’t get to the store you’ll need to use our nationwide collection and drop off service
Remember if you are reporting a fault, please have the following:
- Your name
- Make and Model
- Serial number
- The nature of the fault
- Access to the equipment to allow diagnosis
