Following the announcement of a second national lockdown, we can formally announce that the Sync store on Deansgate will remain open over the next four weeks.
However, there will be changes put in place to ensure the safety of our customers and staff, in order to allow this we will not be allowing new customers into the shop from Thursday 5th November, in order to complete all open repairs and arrange for them to be collected by customers.
We will reopen again to new customers from Tuesday 10th November, this will be by appointment only, which will need to be booked through Apple’s website and appointment times must be adhered to.
Customers will be allowed to collect machines without an appointment.
Revised lockdown hours
From this week the Sync Store’s opening hours have changed to the following;
Mon – 9am -5pm
Tues – 9am -5pm
Wed – 9am -5pm
Thur – 9am -5pm
Fri – 9am -5pm
Sat – Closed
Sun – Closed

Online – business as usual
We are pleased to confirm that our online store and repair facility will continue to be available to all of our customers. This includes the ability to:
- Order Apple products online, for delivery to your door
- Book in your Apple product for repair (we will arrange collection and delivery!)
- Spread the cost of Apple products and repairs through Klarna
We are monitoring the situation closely, and taking onboard the guidance provided by the Public Health England (PHE) and the World Health Organisation (WHO). All plans and processes will continue to evolve inline with the guidance provided.
